Privacy

If you sign up for our newsletter and / or register with password access, we will store your name, company name, job description and e-mail address in our database for identification. We do not share this information with third parties, and do not send you e-mail on behalf of them. On a very incidental basis, your e-mail address can be used by us to ask if you want to contribute to one of our articles by way of an interview.

Unless you publish personal information about yourself on our website, your personal data are not visible. The only exception to this is the (forum) username of our registrants, which consists of a combination of their given name and their company name (which you can hide during the registration process if you want).

Data leaks, to our knowledge, have never occurred so far. However, this cannot be completely excluded from happening in the future, see our disclaimer below. You remain the owner of your personal data at all times. Registrants can view, modify ánd delete their personal data. Newsletter recipients can delete their personal data by canceling their free newsletter subscription.

If you receive a newsletter and are not part of this group, please contact us immediately and destroy all copies of the newsletters you received.  Forwarding a newsletter to a person is allowed, but only after that person has informed you that he or she appreciates this.

You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, and (b) maintain and promptly update these registration data.

Registration to make hidden articles visible and to make use of the forums is FREE, although this is restricted to people who are professionally interested in business process improvement (which means that you must work within a company, knowledge institute or consultancy firm to become a registrated user).

You should understand that all information, text, software, photographs, messages or any other materials ("content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated.
